The Grand Multicultural End-of-Year Celebration has come and gone, leaving attendees with lasting memories of an extraordinary evening. This spectacular celebration was a collaboration between StarCentral Magazine, RGEM Promotions and Management, NARRA Co-operative Limited, and FLAGCOM, bringing together diverse communities to mark the close of another remarkable year.
A Night of Stunning Performances and Fashion
The show began with a dazzling display of creativity and artistry as the first set of models took to the runway in Carnival and Fantasy outfits. Models Aita, Arabella, Bridgett, Charli, Charlotte (twice represented), Harriet, Mia, Mufaro, Paisley, Poppy, Tariro, Nevaeh-Leah, and Zara S. brought a vibrant energy to the stage, setting the tone for an unforgettable evening.
The audience was then treated to a soulful song performance by Bella Micucci, who also served as the event’s charismatic MC. Her performance captivated the crowd and seamlessly transitioned into the next segment: the first set of models showcasing Hollywood Glam attire. The glamour and sophistication on display were nothing short of breathtaking.
Recognising Community Contributions
An integral part of the evening was the awards ceremony presented under the auspices of NARRA Co-operative Limited. Jimmy Lopez, the Founding President of NARRA COOP LTD, led the proceedings, honouring various organisations for their outstanding contributions to the community. Awards were given to Plaza Filipino Inc., Minto Prayer Group, Pilipino-Australian Sydney Association (PASA), OZ FIL Dancers, and several others. This segment highlighted the importance of unity and collaboration within the multicultural community.
A Celebration of Fashion and Dance
The second set of models returned to the runway, once again showcasing Carnival and Fantasy outfits. This time, the lineup featured Aliya, Arielle, Eisha, Emmagrace, Evita, Kristen, Neha, Putri, Sari, Victoria, and Zara G. The male models Albert, Eman, Jupiter, Mark, and Reuben also graced the stage, adding a dynamic element to the presentation.
Following this, the spotlight turned to the cover stars of StarCentral Media Group. Emmanuel, Victoria, Zara, Grace, and Paisley were celebrated for their remarkable achievements, adding another layer of inspiration to the evening.
The event continued with a Designer Showcase by Anya Hurwood, which featured innovative and eye-catching creations. This was followed by a captivating dance number by the PASA Dancers, demonstrating the richness of Filipino cultural heritage. Another Designer Showcase, this time featuring traditional Filipiniana attire by Rox Molavin, brought a sense of pride and nostalgia to the audience.
Glamour and Grandeur
The second set of models returned to the stage in Hollywood Glam attire, further elevating the sophistication of the event. Their poise and elegance exemplified the fusion of modernity and tradition, leaving a lasting impression on the audience.
The evening culminated with the Kings and Queens Parade, a magnificent display of regal charm and cultural pride introduced by none other than the CEO of RGEM Promotions and Management – Rox Molavin. The celebration concluded with a grand pictorial, where all the models came together for a final photo session, capturing the spirit of the event in a series of memorable snapshots.
