It’s no secret that ex-lovers Piolo Pascual and KC Concepcion have not been in good terms ever since they broke up almost five years ago.
In a one-on-one interview with host Boy Abunda of the “Buzz” back in November 2011, KC admitted in an emotionally charged revelation that she and Piolo Pascual were not together anymore.
KC said at the time: “May mga hinahanap ako na napaka-basic lang na hanapin ng isang babae sa isang boyfriend, sa isang lalaki. Ayaw ko na siguro pumunta sa details kasi parang ayaw kong siraan siya.”
In an E! News special that aired last September about Pascual, the actor decisively admitted what he really felt about KC’s revelation back in November 2011.
Piolo said: ” I felt bad for her, because she didn’t have to resort to that, I still love her, you know, with all my heart, but it’s just something that she did that I wish she didn’t do.”
Consequently, in spite of the bitter breakup, the death of Concepcion’s grandmother last November was the spark that ignited the chance between the ex-couple to finally reach out and communicate with each other. Last February, Pascual expressed his desire to renew his friendship again with KC.
He remarked at the time: “a dami ng pinagsamahan namin, sa laki ng pinagsamahan namin, sa tagal ng pinagsamahan namin, siguro kinailangan lang namin ng oras.”
Well it looks like the rift between Pascual and Concepcion is definitely over because it finally happened – the ex-lovers just kissed and made up!
Concepcion revealed just recently that she and her ex-boyfriend Pascual had a chance to have a proper talk in London. In fact, she even posted a photo of her with Pascual via Twitter.
Pascual and Concepcion were actually both part of “ASAP 20 Live in London” which aired last Sunday and Concepcion even revealed via Twitter that she and Pascual are finally in good terms.
When a fan asked “are you and Piolo friends already?”
She replied: “Pretty civil.”
Well there you are folks, the avid fans and close friends of Pascual and Concepcion must be thrilled to see the two stars talking again. All’s well that ends well! Forgiveness is one of the key things to any successful relationship and it looks like time has healed both their wounds. We wish you all the best Piolo and KC.
