This insanely jazzed up Jeepney is catching everyone’s attention in Ilocos Norte and for good reason.
The Jeepney is owned by Filipino migrant Candido Hipolito of Barangay 6, Piddig and besides its bright colours and awesome accessories, the Jeepney also has a CCTV camera, WiFi, aircon, flat-screen TV, and of course, the good old karaoke. The Jeepney has been named after Hipolito’s fourth and youngest child “Scarlett.”
Hipolito told ABS CBN that owning this Jeepney was definitely a dream come true for him because he used to work as a Jeepney driver in Ilocos Norte before evantually migrating to Hawaii.
He said “Dati kasi nagdra-drive ako ng Laoag-Piddig. Inambisyon ko rin na balang araw, magkakaroon din ako ng kakaibang sasakyan.” He also revealed that it was made and assembled in Bulacan and that they use it whenever they go for a holiday in llocos Norte.
