Kira Balinger’s 18th birthday at Discovery Primea Makati earlier this month was fabulous, and her family and friends all dressed up in formal Havana chic.
The party was well-attended by celebrities and Kira’s friends. Instead of the typical roses, Kira was offered tropical flowers and a slow dance with her dad Tony Balinger first, then eventually her rumoured boyfriend Ryle Santiago.
