Julie Anne San Jose – the recipient of the “Diamond Record Award” from the Philippine Association of the Record Industry for her album Julie Anne San Jose which sold more than 150,000 units in the Philippines is also proud and happy of her achievements in the music industry not to mention her success in acting and TV hosting.
Good things are really happening for Julie Anne especially uin her love life where she is currently linked romantically to fellow Kapuso star, actor-model Benjamin Alves.
Julie Anne openly confessed her coagulating romance with Benjamin where they are more candid about it as they trade lovely messages on Twitter without any reservation.
She honestly said: “I’m not gonna hide anything. We’re good. We’re getting to know each other… I’ve known him for two years. Ngayon, mas kinikilala naming yung isa’t isa.”
However, Julie Anne is careful not to rush on things along her way and said that she wants to build a strong foundation with Benjamin prior to her decision to enter into a relationship with him.
The lovely singer-actress restated: “I’ll leave it at that.Basta okey kami. We get along.
“Happy ako sa company niya. Ganun din naman siya sa akin, I believe.”
Eventually, Julie Anne admitted that she finds Benjamin attractive and coyly revealed, “I like him.” She said this after the stimulating questions from media people regarding her feelings for Benjamin.
Julie Anne loves poetry which is one thing that Benjamin loves too.
She disclosed: “Nagsusulat din po ako. I like writing songs… I’m actually collecting poems na isinusulat ko. We share stuff [poems].”
When asked what parents thinks about her love life, she said: “Okey naman din po sila. Sinasabi din po nila na nasa tamang edad na ako.
Naka-graduate na ako, nasa right timing na.
“Hindi naman nila ako pinagbabawalan [to entertain a suitor], kung saan ako masaya sinusuportahan nila.”
