The exceptionally talented, funny and smart kid, Ryzza Mae Dizon is not only a popular child actress, comedian and television personality – she’s also clever when it comes to planning for her future at the tender age of 10. Ryzza rose to stardom back in 2012 when she won that year’s edition of Eat Bulaga!’s Little Miss Philippines and after that talent quest, there’s no turning back for Ryzza who we can dub as the child wonder of Channel 7. This title was originally given to Nino Muchlach during his childhood days but it looks like Ryzza has taken over the title. Her win was the spark that ignited the fuse of her popularity which marked the start of her career in the Philippine showbiz industry. Dizon is the youngest host in the current roster of presenters in the variety show Eat Bulaga! and she also hosts her own morning talk show The Ryzza Mae Show.
What’s amazing with this wonder kid is her outlook in life to succeed in the future. Of course, she’s being guided by her mom and she also has support from people close to her like Vic Sotto, Kris Aquino and big boss Antonio Tuviera.
Just recently, her mom, Mama Rizza finallyf found the perfect house for Ryzza and her siblings. She was able to buy a three-story townhouse unit where she and her family now live. The house was purchased with Ryzza’s earnings derived from her TV shows Eat Bulaga!, Vampire ang Daddy Ko and The Ryzza Mae Show; also from her endorsements such as El Real and Mister Donut and her blockbuster movie My Little Bossings.
At the young age of 10, the awesome kid, Ryzza Mae Dizon already owns a 200 square-meter townhouse which she now calls home together with her Mama Rizza, Ate Nicole and their younger brother Nathan. The townhouse is situated somewhere in the Tandang Sora area in Quezon City.
To fully avail the three-storey townhouse, Aleng Maliit was assisted by three big names in the entertainment industry such Vic, Kris and and Channel 7 big boss Antonio Tuviera.
A proud and grateful parent, Mama Rizza who fully paid the property in cash, remarked: “Ang laki din po ng pasasalamat ko kasi, kung di dahil sa kanila, hindi makukuha ’yong house.”
Mama Rizza was the one who made the arrangement and negotiated with the owner of the said residential townhouse property.
How did it happen? Mama Rizza’s persistence finally paid off, one afternoon after six months of relentless search, she unexpectedly found herself roaming around the area of Tandang Sora in Quezon City.
She explained her experience: “Nagulat na lang po ako, kasi parang do’n po ’ko napadpad sa lugar na ’yon.”
“Pagpasok do’n sa gate, may nakalagay na ‘Townhouse for Sale.’.. No’ng makita ko pa lang po siya sa labas, as in, parang napusuan ko na po talaga…‘Ang ganda naman nito,’ sabi ko. ‘Siguro, pag nakita ni Ryzza ’to, magugustuhan niya… Pagbukas ko po ng pinto, talagang na-amaze po ako. Kasi sobrang laki no’ng sala, ang ganda, maluwag, maaliwalas.”
The townhouse is strategically located in a place that is perfect and ideal for Ryzza which not too far from the production studios and offices of The Ryzza Mae Show and Eat Bulaga!
Immediately after discovering the three storey unit, Mama Rizza picked up the child wonder Ryzza from work to show her the townhouse unit, bringing along her two other children.
Mama Rizza as she recalled Ryzza Mae’s reaction upon seeing the house, said: “Tuwang-tuwa siya. As in, nagtatalon do’n sa sala. Naglaro po silang magkakapatid. Tapos, sabi niya- ‘Mama, ito na lang ang kunin natin, kasi napakaganda, napakalaki.’
Ryzza Mae,affirmed that she liked the place the moment she saw it. She further said “kasi po maganda siya. Madaming space. Kasi mahilig kaming maglaro.”

Ryzza Mae and her mom designed the interior of her room. It was Ryzza Mae’s idea to have a bunk bed built to have a comfortable sleeping framework. Mama Rizza said “Dream po talaga niya ’yan.”
