Something creepy happened in a barangay hall in the Philippines and when you see this video it’s going to make the hairs on the back of your neck to stand up.
This terrifying footage was captured by a CCTV inside a barangay hall in Sampaloc, Manila. This place is apparently known to be haunted and this man experienced the presence of ghosts first hand when the chair in front of him suddenly moved as if someone decided to watch TV with him!
