Avid fans and followers of the love team Aldub are once again experiencing a high dosage of “kiligs” thanks to Alden’s amazingly sweet gesture that moved Maine to the point that she cried.
Alden just sent a hand written love letter to Maine which moved her to tears as the contents of the letter were read live in “Pambansang Bae” during their 2nd monthsary on September 16. The “kilig” factor was quite intense to the amusement and excitement of the viewers.
Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza tried to recall their first meeting together during the second monthsary celebration of the Aldub love team.
At the onset of the “Kalyeserye ng Eat Bulaga!” on September 16, Alden precisely sat on the same spot where Maine first gave her beautiful smile as Yaya Dub which captivated the heart of Alden.
Maine vividly cannot forget this, even the exact date: “July 16, 2015. 1:47 P.M.”
Fulfilling his promise, Alden gave Maine some pleasant surprises on their second monthsary celebration.
Alden initially presented a locket necklace to Yaya Dub supposedly given as a gift to her on their 7th weeksary but unfortunately this did not happen because they were both seized and kidnapped by DuhRizz.
Secondly, dozens of red roses and a bouquet of flowers were handed over to Maine by lots of kids from Brgy. Bangkulasi, Navotas City. Together with the children were Wally Bayola, Paolo Ballesteros and Jose Manalo.
Lastly, the most amusing one was a card containing the handwritten message from Alden.
The content of the letter was read to the viewers live by the Pambansang Bae while some scenes of their unforgettable encounters were shown on TV showing their love story.
“Hi Maine. Kumusta ka na?”
“Kahit dalawang buwan pa lang ang nakakaraan, and dami nang nangyari. May masasaya, may malulungkot, may masasakit.”
“Pero lahat ng ito mayroon tayong natututunan. At walang hindi makakayanan basta handa tayo at ito ang gusto natin.”
“At kung may maniniwala sa atin, at may naniniwala sa atin at nagmamahal, ngayon pa ba tayo susuko?”
Meanwhile, one of the Christmas wish lists of Maine Mendoza previously was to receive a handwritten love letter from her admirer. Maine had to wait for three long years before her wish list finally came to reality. Alden Richards at long last fulfilled her desire when he presented her with a card containing his hand written message.
Maine divulged in her blog entry “The Pessimistic Optimist Bella” back in December 2012 that
“Last but not the least, a simple handwritten love letter from a loved one. (call me old-fashioned, but I really appreciate handwritten letters more than anything).”
“Para to sa mga taong walang budget na bilhan ako ng gift. Charot!! I love receiving handwritten letters, who doesn’t anyway?”
“Ang sweet sweet kaya, plus it’s a great way to express your feelings to someone. Bigyan mo ng letter para damang dama! (insert nevergetsold hashtag).”
Well it looks like Maine finally got her wish and from none other than the gorgeous Alden Richards. Every episode of the “Kalyeserye ng Eat Bulaga” is becoming more and more interesting and exciting and we can’t wait to see when they eventually meet each other in person.
